Pros & Cons
Pros
Surprisingly easy to stall and work great. Bolt the unit onto the hood first before mounting to the engine end.
Worked exactly as advertised. Works like oem.
Worked flawlessly on a 2007 honda accord v6. Fit my 2003 honda accord coupe. Fits my 2006 honda accord sedan perfectly.
Well packaged for shipment and arrived quickly. Fit and finish are oem quality. A fraction of the cost of the auto parts store or oem.
My hood is solid when it’s lifted up but not at all sticky or overly stiff when i want to drop the hood. Opens the hood with force so beware.
Cons
Very poor quality. Very poor communication from seller. A total joke. Can't close the hood after installation.

On these cars that old bracket has to be removed because it can not be separated from the strut

You will need a 12 mm open end wrench for the bracket on the fender and a 10mm socket for the bracket on the hood

Watch a youtube video so you know how to do the ball bracket
