The author lays out definitions of what the ego is and and what presence is. Finding peace from your monkey mind, confronting the limitations the ego places on your life and becoming truly present brings you into conscious living.

This book is so insightful definitely a must read. Read patiently and with an open mind. Listening to him read it is very powerful.

F. Tolle is a fraud. He makes unqualified assumptions about evolution and base interpretations of world religions. His interpretation of religion is wrong.
