Wow a lot of people are upset with the cover

Bloomfield is an interesting person as well as a really innovative chef
But when it did months later at a far better price admittedly i snapped it up and loved it

A great cookbook and an interesting insight to the world of a very individual chef
It would never cross my mind to give a vegan cookbook a 1star review because it didnt have any recipes featuring meat or dairy
If thats the case im sure you can find a ton of books making the case for a vegan lifestyle and give them all 5star reviews

I rarely leave reviews but i felt compelled in this instance if only to neutralize the negative ones based solely on the perfectly harmless photo of the chef with a lovingly slaughtered pig

I am all for the whole eat little mostly vegetables credo but i am puzzled by the plant eaters who leave reviews equivalent to the scream by munch when they see a dead farm animal
