Pros

Quality of the game is phenomenal. It is so fun and creates an interesting spin on the original game. We have a 7 yo and a 9 yo they love the game both ways.

My favorite catan expansion yet. It is very challenging and my son doesn't win everytime. We greatly enjoy the fact that it is not just catan with different characters.

The pieces are thick and sturdy not like paper. The miniatures the game comes with are unpainted, and of very high quality. The board alone is beautiful and much nicer than the basic catan boards.

While this may seems cheesy, its really not too bad. My family loves this version of the game. Definitely recommend this version.

You have to choose your starting locations carefully. The hero cards allow players to use abilities. The second mechanic are the wildlings which act like additional robbers.
