Pros
Headphones have three normal, noise reduction, and bass. The ear pieces fit tightly around the ear and provide enough sound isolation and there is enough bass to make music sound balanced. These headphones are so good that i'm giving them 4.
The sound is excellent, rivaling both the sonys and the shure in-ear buds. Bass lines are clearer, background vocals more defined, and the stereo quality exceeds my expectations.
Noise canceling - this seems to increase treble response and volume. The noise cancelling is surprisingly effective, especially combined with the high quality padding on the earpieces.

These are * near bose quality no joke.
Cons
The bass is sloppy even in the passive mode. The midrange is also sloppy and goosed. The 3-way switch malfunctions.

5 stars taking off 12 star because they have no bluetooth and because the noise cancelling effects reduce sound quality
The nonbattery powered sound mode quality is nice but nothing outstanding

Love them superior sound for a very reasonable price
I would recommend these to someone who is looking for a great set of headphones at a manageable price
Its an older model but sounds good and the price is right
Second is noise cancellation and low price

Quality all around from the packaging to the product
I got the headphones right in time in their beautiful packaging

The earcups float nicely in their gimbal mounts providing a comfortable fit with no pressure points

My biggest and only real complaint is that the faux leather covering is flaking off of the ear muffs and the head band after all this time which is slightly disappointing

For the price that i found them at 70 and the amazon price as of this review 84 you will not find better headphones

Now to make it clear the bass setting does keep the noise cancelation on and also doesnt boost the bass any more than it is when off the noise cancelation naturally cuts out some bass so the bass setting just restores it

Only bad thing is they do and will show finger prints but you cant expect for them not to with a shine like that
