The first time i used the banneton i did have some dough stickage but after a few uses the dough didn’t stick at all

The basket is a tightly woven with a clean smooth surface and no larger gaps and the liner is an ample size for fitting over the basket with some room to spare so that it lies flat against the basket at the bottom and sides

If you do dry it avoid fabric softner

The coverliner is basic in quality and the stitching is not ultra tight
