Pros

The schott glass speaks for itself in quality. Crystal clear with no distortion. The filter is also multi coated, and thanks to this proprietary coating, is far easier to wipe clean.

Filters fit canon eos 7d like a glove. I've been shooting 35mm since gerald ford was president. Standard issue nikon lens cap fits perfectly onto the front of the filter.

Product is solidly built. Feels nice and strong, very sturdy. Has a little bit of weight, but thats to be expected from premium filters. Top quality feel and build.

The brass rings with the ruffled edges make them very easy to change. The lugged external ring makes installation and removal simple - no wrenches.

Cons

The metal is a bit too beefy. This filter was delivered filthy and slightly scratched.

I now have two x4 uv filters a 95mm and the latest a 72mm

Its standard as uv filters go but the grips make it a nobrainer

Update just purchased the 72mm x4 for my new canon ef 70200mm is ii usm lens
