Pros
Lids fit well and nothing gets freezer-burnt. I use these almost daily in my toaster oven which eliminates my having to clean a pan. They are so helpful and since they are disposable, dinner is served and just toss the pan.
Cons
They just crumple up when you try to grab them. Won't be buying these again. Not worth the money.
The outside top rim (lip) is about 8x8, but only about 7. The tapered side walls of the pan makes the bottom 6x6.

But they are kind of thin and flimsy so you really can’t put too much heavy stuff

If you doing lasagna or a heavy casserole just be careful to not try to pull them out of the oven by themselves or a little flimsy when heated

He feels like he’s cooking because he’s heating it up and not in the microwave
