Pros

It has cordage sealed in around the edges and nicely reinforced corners. The edges are reinforced. I use it under my kids sandbox which sits on your deck.

This tarp is thick and heavy. Should not have any problems if using the tarp to drape over items. Overall it's a good tarp and the seller took good care of me.

Top seems to be disintegrating to the point that it is tearing. Not sure if this is a material defect in the product or just a one off that got through qc. Will not purchase again.

The 10x12 that was sent is a heavy duty tarp 15mil. Buyers beware if you need exactly 10’ wide as stated on the package. It states it is 12 x 16 finished size they lie! It is atleast 6 to 8 inches short!

So it was a 12 tarp or a 42000 pickup truck to haul hay i went with the tarp

Pay the price for a thicker tarp

It was also the most expensive but has a lot of features which makes it worth it

I ordered 3 and two of them came with the outer packaging ripped but the tarps were intact
