I got to the 8th one and the back piece that holds the frame up was broken

Then when i opened it up there were marks all over the glass that i can’t get off

My only tiny complain is that i first bought a set of 6 sets mostly to test first and when i did finaly ordered 18 more their was about half an inch difference on the hook position in the back so the first time i tried to put things on the wall at the same measurements as my first batch it didnt match and it took me a couple of minutes to figure out why

The frames came in a box lined with styrofoam and wrapped with bubble paper
