The straps are definitely too wide to wear with just a tanktop but it provides a longer cut at the bottom so it gives more appropriate coverage under sheer tops again without the rolling of an additional tank and the longer cut means theres no braline to dig in over the course of the day
I bought the beige of this originally to wear under a deep vneck shirt and fell in love and bought 3 more different colors
