I add another scoop of collagen as the tablet fizzes up and find it takes away the fishy taste. It gives me a smooth energy. Makes me feel refreshed.

The taste is bearable, pleasant even, if you drink teas/unsweetened/lightly sweetened drinks normally. For me it's tasty and easy to drink.

Cons

Tasted nothing like apples. There was a lot of hype surrounding this product. Taste is disgusting and it made me sick to my stomach.
