Pros

Their helpline is first class. Company communicates quickly to answer some questions. Great product and seller.

If you install these, they show all the cobwebs and dust. The clips that support the lights are a bit finicky.

These lights are awesome. Hopefully they last a long time. Are very brute. These are wonderful.

Cons

It's also odd they can't send individual lights for warranty replacement, but they can repackage broken lights to resell in the 6 pack. That's not customer service, that's extortion.
