Im currently using it with a retropie setup on a raspi 3b
8bitdo got the dpad right everyoneeverything competitors come a distant second in the dpad alone
If you are doing a retropie make sure that you update to v4

I would suggest those individuals get one in their hands if they can prior to purchasing as nes and snes controllers are generally smaller in size if one compared them to a sega gensis or any build of a modern contemporary controller
