Return the rejects. Need 12, they give ya 9. Very dissatisfied. Took me fourteen days to get a refund.

I put a large amount of force with only 1 anchor and they wont budge

Then i used the provided longer screws and drove them straight into the studs

I’d suggest better mounting screws if you a choose to use heavier shoves the screws that come with are fairly short
