One lid was broke on reciept but i did not report it to the vendor so 4 star rating is based on the broken lid not customer service

The caps had a plastic piece in them and you had to screw them on exactly on the threads

I dont know what the purpose of the plastic piece is but i was having a hard time screwing them on and they just werent properly going on i did end up breaking the plastic part off of one lid trying to screw it on

The black cap is plastic but that didnt effect anything for me just an fyi
