Pros

Easy to remove air / burp the jars. Worked as advertised. Will purchase again.

This isthe best fermentation lid for mason jars. I'm new to fermenting but everything i read about the lids was just what i needed. Used it on jars to make kefir & kimchi.

Cons

Did not keep a seal. Will be returning the item. Do not buy.

They worked perfectly venting out gases and even fluid from jars that were slightly overfilled

I was pleasantly surprised at the quality

I was worried that these would not be effective since they are flush with the top of the jar

Even though it is self release i did have to release the lid a couple times with the kefir just by pushing it down due to pressure build up
