This is a gem. In a world with expensive lens updates yearly, it's nice to get something decent that can last and at a low price.
The optical quality of this lens is incredible, especially for video. The only thing i wish it could be better is the pretty obvious lens distortion. You need to have a camera that offers a focus-peaking feature.

I dont think one should expect edgetoedge sharpness at wide open not for an even higher priced lens but why would one compose a shot like that anyway

If you need fullframe sharpness you likely do not care about background blur in that case just stop it down below f2

Large aperture lenses from olympus or panasonic are typically their prolevel lens and charge prolevel price

At least for m43 system plenty of portable cameras exist but getting large lens on them kind of defeat the purpose at least for casual goanywhere shooting

You can achieve focus for sure but the feeling is not really analog and just feels indirect and unsatisfying
