Pros

Light in weight, not fatiguing to cut a lot of vegetables. Glides right through vegetables with almost no resistance. Is my new go-to knife to slice cheese from the brick. One of the best prepping knives you will ever use.

I was impressed by the reviews for this knife and the unbelievable pricing. Amazon prices--including free shipping--are still a steal for anyone who doesn't have a local asian grocery.

Cons

Pulling out a deep splinter is a massive inconvenience. Metal is rather low quality and does not sharpen or keep an edge well.

I own several high quality german knives but when i actually go to cut things i use this

Quality of materials used is 1 star but what it can do for what it is gets a 5 star from me
