Prostakes 12 the time with less heathair is softer after use than when i use other flat ironsi prefer the shorter cord less tanglingeven when i wear my hair in a ponytail next day i need minor touch up if anyhair doesnt get pulled out like it did using my chiconsdoesnt have a gfi plug only has a regular plug into the wall which is a safety concern for me but then again every single chi ive owned in the past the gfi plug stops working and i have to buy a new one

She did have to play with the temp settings a little bit to get it to perform as is stated in the product description
