Pros
It's the perfect size for our fridge for 2 people. Can get yucky. Can try mint or cucumber.
My only complaint is that the mouth of the pitcher is just a bit too small to get my hand safely into in order to clean it. Easy to clean with long soft brush.
The jug is lightweight, attractive, pours nicely, and is and unfazed (so far) by hot water. It is attractive & has open or strainer choices. Love the spout.
Cons
This product molds around the rim almost immediately after using and cleaning. Stopper has a silicone? Has to return the item. Most likely a repackage.
The makeup of the glass is poor is why it failed brewing sun tea. The top of the jar has a bead of glass that's thicker than the actual walls. There is no way this pitcher can withstand daily use!

Unlike the old plastic pitcher i used to use this does not stain and i dont expect this to have any issue with repeatedly receiving boiling water
