Its an instant revival and it does work to keep water off the floor however dont rely solely on the adhesive strip that is on it

You must silicone caulk on either side of it once its in place if you truly want it to be watertight

The selfadhesive backing may be ok for a totally flat floor but if there are any bumps cracks whatever even little ones it will not stop the water
