Pros & Cons

Pros

The 600 thread count egyptian cotton pillowcases are silky and soft. They are thick but not stiff at all. The case itself fits the pillow well, and it is not difficult to put on/take off the pillow.

The quality of the material and stitching is excellent. No frayed stitching or uneven seams. Some of the other brands feel like they have a little polyester or something. The inside seams are serged for strength and anti-fraying.

Wrinkled sheets and pillowcases don't bother me. I use cold water which can leave items wrinkly but these did well. They are crisp but not horribly wrinkled. The only downside is the color fade.

The color is a soft purple/lavender, and they are very pretty. The picture provided is a little too bright but in person it’s much more of a smooth pastel color. My bedroom is tans and *, so these fit in well with the color scheme.

These are king-sized pillowcases. They fit a standard size pillow generously. The size is great for my standard-size pillows even though my pillows are a little fuller than i think is normal.

Cons

These sheets are very “limp”. The band of elastic around the fitted sheet is very thin and weak. There is no way the qty 2 we bought match the smooth and soft sateen weave luxury bedding your amazon product description says.

Upon opening the box they do have a strong odor of imported linen—i don’t have the words to describe it it’s not bad but it’s recognizable and some people might even like that smell

My advice is to wash the cases before using separately from other laundry due to the color and the smell disappears
