Pros

The included collars make it possible to use these without chipping the magnet. The collars are a brilliant safeguard and not permanently attached. I plan on keeping them on while using them as an extra precaution.

Strong. If you get your finger between them and let go, it will smash your fingers. They are very strong and have a variety of applications for a workshop, cosplay, and more. One of them holds my favorite wrench to the top of my toolbox very well.

Cons

The magnet is strong but the adhesive is lacking. I feel like these are dangerous to mess with.

For most people, the packaging alone is probably a good reason to avoid these. Don't buy. Not at all. Otherwise, don't bother.
