The cream base is not oily but penetrating. Huge notable difference in my kids ringworm over night. Clears up foot and nail * very well.

Cons

Clotrimazole is a better cream that isn't greasy. Tolnaftate seems more greasy and has more odor. Smells like automotive grease.
