I figured it out after i put up all the handles and i needed exactly 30 handles for my kitchen so i was one short and i couldn’t find a way to send a message to the company, the only option was a return and the work it would take to take them all down again wasn’t worth it.

First make sure your hole is large enough for the bolt to pass all the way through, second the handle must be flush against the door as you begin to screw the bolt into the handle.

Would have cost over $300 at home depot or lowes.

These are not heavy steel feel more like aluminum coated black, they should be ok.
