Pros
These save you so much time and effort, the friggin things practically pop out on their own and it cooks them great. They are little larger in diameter of a normal muffin tin but they are 1/2 the depth. The mini spatula also works great.
Cons
Very flimsy. Does not hold anything. Not only is the diameter roughly the size of a small muffin, but the depth is quite inadequate.

I never found my old tray baked anything very well or evenly and the bottom side of the muffins would always look almost like i cooked them in a microwave and very very pale

They are rubbery and floppy so if you put anything liquid in them make sure to have a baking pan underneath
