Pros
Looks way better than the super tall factory antenna. Fits like a charm and makes the truck look more streamlined. Easy to install.
Clear channels with am and fm stations, slightly better than oe antenna. Haven't been out in the countryside so can't comment about reception there.
Just used an 8mm open-ended box wrench to loosen the oem antenna, and tightened this one on by hand. Fits my 2011 tacoma perfectly.
The reviews are true folks. Had this on for month. Had no issue. Definitely recommend this one. Good product. Works well on my tacoma.

Product fades in and out, mostly out. Looks better but functionality is horrible. I already threw away the packaging.

The stock antenna was snapped off by an automatic carwash leaving the threaded portion in the antenna mount on the fender

I had to pay a local auto shop 15 to remove the threaded remainder
