Pros
Like the quality of the pant. Nice zipper pockets. The textured fabric looks nice, and i love all of the pockets.
The pants have 3 zippered pockets, adjustable ankle, and a drawstring at the waist. The inseams measure 32-1/2, also essentially as stated. The ruffles inside the legs turn it into a maze getting your foot through.
They fit great and keep me dry as advertised. They are comfortable in terms of fit, and very sturdy. No rips after a month of use.
Cons
These are not waterproof. I'm baffled by the sizing for these pants. The hem is just barely wide enough to fit over the ankle of a boot or high-tops.

They protected me from the rain but my pants underneath got wet from sweat as these pants do not breathe
