Service is top notch and communication with vendor is flawless. Mp video resolution is superb.

The best picture quality, hands down. In hd at 5mp the image is crystal clear. The picture quality is great and the optical zoom is very clear. Pros:- high quality images.

There is a ton of customization that can be done via the app itself. The browser interface works well. The windows cms software works well too.

Even the customer support is prompt in responding and extremely helpful. Problem was quickly corrected after resetting up camera.

Cons

The app they want you to use has no instructions or help files. Night vision settings are useless.

I give this camera 5 stars and the price was very reasonable

The price is good and most importantly the 5mp video resolution is superb

I dont think that at this price i can keep this for a very limited application

The biggest thing i like is how fast it responds to the app

I think the hardest part of installing this camera was getting it out of the shipping container

Even better visibility than the 700 panasonics i’ve had

It replaces an older foscam f19805w ip camera

I have a couple other ptz cameras that perform way better than this one

Tried a different ptz camera before this one and could never get it set up
