Pros

Hands down my new fave almond flour. Priced well, tastes great.

Almond flour is ground so fine it makes other brands look like grits. Less 'grainy' texture. I make my kid almond flour pancakes every morning.

Great product. Works so smoothly into my receipts. Very satisfied with this purchase.

Great for keto baking. My dog loves them. Makes great keto bread, cookies, and cake base.

Cons

Blue diamond is way more fine. Not at all. It’s very coarse. I make macarons and need a smooth consistency and this was very grainy. It is worthless.

Well packaging and products are good quality

Clearly the manufacturer has updated the packaging from the picture shown in the product description

I got a bulk amount so that i could keep it for a while but it went stale because of the faulty packaging

Competitiveness

Firstly i was pleasantly surprised to find the oh nuts almond flour packaged in a heavyduty resealable bag

Once i have opened the flour i have to empty it into several ziplock bags to help maintain the freshness

I had purchased much smaller bags of almond flour before at much higher prices
