Pros
No broken parts, no damages, no leaks. Good quality and keeps heat well. Only flaw with cleaning is worry about pouring out from top. Also handy to have in the kitchen to use making baby's bottles.
Bought 2 for the jubilee party. Really pleased.
Cons
A waste of our football clubs money. Flimsy, breaks easily.

The packaging it arrived in was very good but the box containing the flask was rough for a new product but in all it arrived intact

The straw contraption detached and i thought might have broken but you can reinsert easily as has rubber around it

The water stayed hot enough to make tea for 10 hrs even after 24 hrs it was still warm not hot enough to make tea

When we started back up doing the same we ran out of water

It was suggested we go back to kettle cooker and gas again which is a lot of room and hassle to be honest

The first one is identical to the last one so there is no comparison to be made there have been no upgrades i can see and most likely as there are not any needed
