It doesnt dry super hard and you can stick your thumbnail into it but it sticks to anything and doesnt peel off

Update 042582019i see that the paint did not hold up well through the winter on the railroad ties

I dont think anything will work on railroad ties except for the creosote and you can no longer buy it because it is illegal to use it here in the usa now
