If you work with paracord very much you soon find out there are sometimes major differences in the size and density of the cord

If cord is reviously burnt with a flame then it wont fit the needle unless the burnt end is tapered

Simply melt the smaller cord onto a piece of 550 then thread that into the end of the fid
