Some pieces are not compatible with hape or ikea rails. The m/f splitters are not the same length as the 6 curved pieces. There is sometime a small gap, big enough for crashing the train.

The straight tracks are one sided the curved tracks are doublesided

One piece split on one end and is a bit of a sharp hazard when playing
