When i received my order one of the bottles of hand sanitizer had a faulty pump action which left me disappointed and annoyed

It is not immediately evident how one goes about getting the pump working i initially thought they were defective but closer examination reveals lettering on the top indicating directions to twist to open and close

Even this is not immediately helpful as you have to keep turning till the stem pops up allowing the pump to be utilised

At a time when such products can be priced very high i think this is one of the fair deals 1000ml for £16

I have no idea about the claim to kill 99 of germs but this has to be taken on trust as there are likely to be stringent tests to validate the claim
