This foam is for reducing echoes and reverb. Reasonable sound proofing for reasonable cost per square foot. These are definitely a bang for the buck buy.

No damage no chem smells like a lot of reviews here that got me worried 85 of these expanded into the correct size while a few of them werent cut properly and were too thin

I just left it in a bigger amazon box overnight and it sized up full the next day didnt use a fan drier or noting

I dont think this is thick enough to absorb that much sound unless you cover the entire walls with them but it should still help a bunch to lower the noise heard on the other side of the wall i think

However last time i used double sided nano tape to stick them up and it worked great it was just time consuming to cut each piece of nano tape to size

Also every adhesive will pull the paint off the walls thus costing me days of repair

Given time as suggested and splitting them apart after they had time to expand they turned out nearly perfect
