Pros
This is my favourite probiotic brand, i feel it’s a good price for the quality. Easy to store, do not need to put in the fridge. One thing is the expiration date should be shown clearly.
I have a really bad digestive system and these help alot. Ibs(c) and with winter coming and the darker days, my symptoms get worse.

Shelf stable so don’t have to be kept in the fridge and i noticed a difference in the first week
Good for your gut reliable and no sideeffects to speak of
Uncomfortable and just looking like a beached whale that was about to explode in the sun
Got stomach bloating and tried to figure out why
Price
Great prebioticprobiotic mix for a reasonable price
Best on the market price is right have been taking for 1 year have no problems
Pricey for only 2 months supply in my opinion
It’s expensive but for me well worth it

He’s only 8 pounds open the capsule put it in a container and smudged a little bit on his food
