This book will deliver what it promises because of its powerful simplicity. The book is around 200 pages and addresses the following topics:1.

Communication is, by definition, an interaction. This is just how we're wired. I know it has humbly changed the way i view my own communication style. I love the concept and it fundamentally transformed the way we look at team communication.

Some of the ways we classify people are quite simplistic – taker versus giver.

Cons

Normally i love reading leadership/personality books but this one seemed to contradict itself frequently and typos abound!
