Pros
Panaseeda blend is very potent. Tastes like almond butter and is effective on skin and lip. Store it on top of a plastic lid off a can of protein powder so it doesn't make the shelf oily.
The biggest notice i experienced is that my menopausal dryness is gone!
Cons
While the taste is more than palatable, i can only say, the bottle is empty. There is simply no way to mask it and it leaves the worst taste in your mouth for hours. I'm sad to say it might well be the worst taking supplement i've tried.

From this oil to the black cumin seed oil the dirty oil shows me the oil is not filtered and contains the dirty phytonutrients that i want and my body craves
