Pros & Cons
Pros
All-stainless steel griddle pan. Works well on induction cooktop. Works great on ceramic cooktop too.
Spacious for 6 or even 8 small pancakes to cook pretty evenly on a double burner. Cooks evenly. This one heats fairly well. Can cook an entire package of bacon at one time. Quickly get a perfectly golden brown pancake every time.
Lifetime warranty looks sketchy, but is real company if you search the address. Should last a lifetime if not overheated, or could possibly delaminate ply's.
This is a bit large for my dishwasher, but it cleans easily in the sink. It's solid, and cleans up easy. We did buy bartender's keep and it seems to help - although not perfect.
Cons
Used once, on medium heat (5-6 of 10) and now it's covered in some kind of bubbly yellow stuff. Maybe adequate for foods with a high moisture or fat content.

Now if food is stuck on like blueberries from blueberry pancakes i just let it sit in the sink for about 15 minutes with soapy water on it and the food just wipes off no scrubbing no staining

I was looking for a double griddle pan to cook pancakes and french toast for the family so that i could feed more than one person at a time without throwing the stuff into the oven to stay warm i have had trouble with cast iron getting too hot and scorching the food halfway through a batch and did not want a coated pan due to concerns about chemicals getting into the food

On the downside it takes quite a while to cool down so that you can clean it and cleaning can require some elbow grease as you want to leave it
