They all have seamed edges so they dont come apart like the bra pads that come with many sports bras

A little big im an a cup compared to the pads i had to replace due to the layers peeling apart but much better construction as these are sewn around the edges

With a tshirt type bra the edges still show thru a bit

Although it says it fits an a cup which does but maybe too large for some bras to show through

I didnt think these would fit as i wear smaller sized bras but to my surprise they did fit
