Pros & Cons
Pros
These bulbs are stark white at 6000k, but unfortunately the alternative is 3000k. Great for creating lots of light in low wattage restrictions. Our ceiling fan lighting is now useable.
Highlights
Quality
Perfect fit and they offer a ton of light without the associated heat that restricts a higher wattage filament bulb
Great for creating lots of light in low wattage restrictionsused these to replace the standard dim bulbs in my ceiling fan
Its stated that the leds are 1000 lumens but they are significantly dimmer than the 100 watt halogen bulb that i replaced
Ill use the leds to save energy but the room is much dimmer
Price
After buying hundreds of dollars of these bulbs i am also suspicious of the life ratings they post
Competitiveness
Too many bulbs dim to uselessness in the first year which makes it problematic as to whether they are more cost efficient than halogen
These bulbs are stark white at 6000k but unfortunately the alternative is 3000k
