Pros
Just like blackberries. The coffee is very tasty.
Roast yourself in glass pan in your oven. Slow roasting prevents smoke and your detectors from going off. Very easy to roast.
Use it for french press, drip and espresso for lattes. The better the grinder the better the taste. Comes out frothy and rich.
Cons
After roasting, could immediately tell they weren't near as fresh as normal. Not sure why. The coffee is very sour for my taste. Best by date is 6/2020 which only gives me 4 months!

Brewed in a bodum filtered water fresh ground water temp started at 208 f
After cooling the beans off for about 10 minutes i ground them fine in a vitamix

All other coffee is now ruined for me

It doesnt roast the beans it cooks them and even when i turned the unit off and let them roast it still didnt help

I took the roast to the middle of the 2nd crack and poured them out to cool still cracking

The burlap bag i got had a hole in it and was worthless to hold green beans
