Pros

Topmost surface is bumpy, which i presume is to decrease any possible slipping. I love that it’s clear which is not as noticeable in the type of shoes i wear. Wore these in the boots without any issues.

The pieces are super simple to interlock. It has many layers so you can customize the height. Helped a lot while standing at the kitchen counter and stove too.

Cons

These are very flimsy and don’t stay together inside your shoe. Very awkward and uncomfortable.
