It fits well & holds the sandpaper well. Good fitment, velcro seems strong.
Cons
The part that attached to the tool is soft and cannot stand up to the vibrations normal to a random orbital sander. The part is not strong enough to withstand the vibration caused by the orbital.

Only observation is that the oem pad had a metal backing plate and this one is some kind of plastic material

When i pulled it out to use it the pad that the sand paper adheres to had basically disintegrated
