Pros
Pomegranate flavor is my favorite of the 5 hour energy options. The caffeine amount is just right to get me going in the morning. The grape flavor is the best.
Cons
The only worthwhile ingredient this product contains is caffeine. Its other ingredients are either useless or harmful. Has an awful after taste like the product is old or changed during shipping.
