It arrived with a handwritten note from the company thanking me for my purchase and i would not say that the plastic is thin and brittle like a few other reviewers here

Im not sure what they are referring to as this bottle has a very thick more flexible plastic when compared to our other bpa free bottles which have a thin rigid plastic

Comparing with water from the grocery story its 1 a money saving 2 convenience and 3 consistent quality of water sometimes i am not happy with quality of bottled water but water from the vending machine for some reason is always good
