Not flexible at all. More like soft plastic, not rubbery / flexible at all.

Worked great i use a small torch just keep it moving so that it doesnt burn or melt
I have hundreds of soldered and heat shrunk connections and this works the best
Shrinks enough to grip tightly around 10 gage wire
Good for making waterproof connections if you get the waterproof tubing which i do as it is more useful than the regular tubing

I put 12 inch heat shrink on the cable before attaching a connector then put 34 inch heat shrink over the connector and cable
