Pros

Black, matte/satin finish, as i was expecting. Well made and durable.

I do wish it was taller in profile, the pictures seem to portray it as a taller pyramid.

These are durable solid and will most likely last beyond the deck. Easy to install durable and probably will last a long time.

Cons

The inside of the caps are 4 1/4 inches. This is useless because its way too big for a standard 4x4 post with actual dimension of 3 3/8. It totally floats around on in.
